This new innovative system will enable you to complete an online application for certain Building, Planning, Fire, Water Department and Public Works permit types for new construction, revisions, and deferred submittals. The City of Bakersfield electric plan review system is under development and some types of permits are not available. Our goal as a City is for complete paperless permitting.
